“Fast, pleasant and professional service. I rented a jeep, which was new and clean. Because I rented it to drive on the beach, the agent patiently explained how to put it in 4WD mode and provided instructions on areas of the beach to drive on/avoid. She also offered to call my friend’s insurance company to get relevant info so he could be added as a driver (he didn’t have his insurance info with him). The return was smooth, and the agent was friendly and professional. I would rent from them again.”

“We had a great experience with Outer Banks Jeep Rentals. We rented an open Jeep for 48 hours, and while expensive, it was worth every penny! I loved the feeling of riding on the beach with no doors. The couple who owns Outer Banks Jeep Rentals was very kind and even let us borrow a device that would inflate/deflate two tires at a time (more time on the beach hanging out!) They even had the cutest shop dog! If we don't own a Jeep by our next beach trip we will be renting one from this company again!”
