Would not help me, said because he didn’t care for me…. Very strange. Had to hire a very nice tow. company & they change my tire in the parking lot.
Very unusual customer service …. would not recommend unless you are related to the owner.

Went there yesterday, swiped my card nothing happened.
Went inside and they said internet was down and that I had to pay cash.
This morning a $98 charge went through on my card at 9am. They won’t answer the phone.
I want my money back. I was in Virginia at 9am today. Answer the phone.

Pump outside didn’t work correctly to take my debit card, yet I was able to fill up!?!?
My debit card was declined at the cash register inside. I had to pay in cash and was told to go get cash at the ATM. When I got home, I saw my debit card was charged the gas fee!! Not sure this place is on the up and up!
Seems fraudulent to me!
Got my cash and my debit card!!

My parents’ vehicle started making a strange noise while on vacation in the OBX- they took the vehicle, same day, and diagnosed it. They gave theman honest assessment at a very reasonable price and gave us assurance that the vehicle was safe to drive home. Thank you so much for fitting us in!

Went in for a car inspection. When it was done went back to pick up car. The inspection showed Curratick county and I live in Dare county. He had to do inspection over to change it and did not give me a receipt copy. I called and he said come in and he will give me a copy. I went back to get the copy and it still said Curratick county. He would again have to inspect again and it would be a long wait. I got my money back and left. Nightmare.

Rude cranky owner….do not recommend for inspections. Owner made a mistake by putting the wrong county and we’ve been trying for days to get a revised copy. Owner is unbelievably rude!

I got a nail in my tire and the owner plugged it himselfI filled my tahoe up while there as wellMy dad went there a day or so ago because his car was overheating at the light and the owner did a radiator flush and it was all fixed and ready for his trip back to RVAThanks again I'll definitely refer to others
