In the chaos re: Covid shots, at 80 yo and being someone who gets Covid shots, I discovered not my CVS nor my pcp Beach Med was THE PROBLEM- that was go north on 95 and stop at HHS ! Fortunately, my CVS tech advised me which steps to follow to get a script for the shot and when to come back — and she was right - very professional and knowledgeable about this chaos ! I’m glad I have this CVS working so well on my behalf and also working well with my local medical office ! Kudos!

Dave , the pharmacist is our go to guy ! He is always there for us when we have questions , he gives us our vaccines , helps with our older dogs medications and a pleasure to talk too ! Pharmacist can be a very helpful part of your health care system and should not be overlooked ! You get nice when you give nice ! 😊

At 0958am I received a call from a woman from the pharmacy informing me that my prescriptions couldn’t be filled, she then placed me on hold. The line disconnected, so I waited a few minutes thinking they’d call back, they didn’t. I used the cvs app to message the pharmacy and they eventually called back. The pharmacist told me my doctor’s office needed to provide additional information. I immediately contacted my doctor’s office and they faxed over the information requested.
At 120pm I arrived at the pharmacy, spoke to a technician, who then asked the pharmacist, L. Ihenatu, if he was aware of my prescriptions. L. Ihenatu told the technician he was aware but he didn’t look at what my doctor’s office sent over. L. Ihenatu then turned to me and said my prescriptions would be ready around 300pm or 330pm because the pharmacy was closing for lunch.
L. Ihenatu continued working while the technicians took their lunch break.
At 210pm, a customer from an Urgent Care came in and asked if his prescription was ready. L. Ihenatu told the customer the Urgent Care didn’t send the prescription over yet, come back in 20 minutes and he’ll expedite the order, which he did. L. Ihenatu then proceeded to expedite a few more orders for other customers that came in well after me.
At this point it was 230pm, over a dozen customers that came in after me were helped, so I stood up from the chair and looked at L. Ihenatu. This triggered L. Ihenatu and he rudely said “I see you looking at me sir, you need to be patient”. I didn’t respond.
Shortly after that, L. Ihenatu and a technician decided it would be professional to joke loudly that “everyone comes in on a Sunday afternoon and expects him to fix their problems”, essentially blaming customers who buy products and use cvs services, for shopping there and that he needed to do his job.
At 255 pm I received my prescriptions. There is no other reason this took as long as it did, other than L. Ihenatu intentionally did it. An hour and thirty five minutes is intentional, especially since he was aware of my situation since 1000am.
I hope this helps someone. Shop at a local pharmacy or go to another chain, cvs is complete trash anymore.

I had been waiting for so long to get Walgreens to fill my prescription, they kept saying that they would get back to me, but they never did so I switched to this CVS And Miranda Got right on it and had my prescription ready within 15 minutes! She was so nice, professional and understood the urgency to have my prescription filled. She is the absolute best!

Came into town on Sunday and had a script for my daughter called into the pharmacy. When we arrived (4 hours later) it wasn’t ready. We were able to get half the script that day and were told to go back the next day. That Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the script was still not ready - when we stopped by on Thursday it still wasn’t ready so I refused to leave the drive thru line until it was… 20 minutes later it was ready and they didn’t apply my insurance to the script (mind you we picked up meds on Sunday) so we had wait longer while they applied that.
Other than being terrible at what they do, worst is they are rude about it.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to a different pharmacy

The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I left a voicemail and in less than an hour I received a callback from the pharmacist. She offered to call my insurance to get an override and completed the transfer very promptly. She was very friendly and willing to help.

I would recommend to go to Walgreens across the street I find that the store has very bad management and mangers are rude and disrespectful don’t like to help customers without a attitude and seems like they do not care about there customers or employees I went in there the other day and I saw a young woman limping and I asked her if she was ok and she said no I hurt my knee but I couldn’t go to a doctor because no one not even the manger would come in so she could to a hospital to make sure she’s ok that is just plain out disrespectful to your workers and neglecting your employees and there health conditions at work

I would highly recommend to just go across the street to Walgreens, I'm in the process of switching now. This cvs is always unpleasant, not willing to help and just seem like they are pissed off that you need a prescription when.... that's what being a pharmacist is! I am a local and go often and it's been the same since I first started going! Save the time and just go to Walgreens now?

I'm a local and a 20 year customer of the CVS in KDH. The younger "woman" who looks new in the Pharmacy should be terminated based on attitude. I arrived as it was opening at 10am on Sunday. 1 customer ahead of me whose prescription wasn't ready. One person behind me who put an order in. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS!! I help the disabled get their scripts as volunteer work, got the prescriptions and checked out. I had ONE ITEM I needed to pay for and she REFUSED to ring it up and summoned me to the front register dripping with attitude! I even said I've been coming for 20 years and she wouldn't ring one item up! There was NO ONE WAITING other than the 2 people waiting on the Pharmacist. She needs to go.Walgreens is just across the street CVS!!!

Had to wait overnight for a prescription for an ill child. Pharmacy staff didn’t feel like filling it 5 minutes before closing when it was sent over 20 minutes before closing. The prescribed medicine and the patient’s age should have been an indicator of the necessity of prompt administration. When I asked why there was a delay, I was simply offered that it was too close to closing time. One would think that someone who works in this field would have, at the very least, empathy and an understanding of the importance of filling certain prescriptions in a timely manner. Shameful conduct.
