Food Lion is a very nice and well laid out store. It is well stocked with quality items, including local beach items and quality pre packaged Ukrops. The Meat Department is also noted. The store has a central location and good weekly specials. It is fairly priced, though pricing can be a little high. The staff is well-trained, hard working, friendly, and provides great and fast customer service. They keep things moving even when the store is very busy. The store is not open 24 hours.

Central location keeps it very busy; despite that this store has a well-trained, friendly staff that keeps things moving regardless of how busy it gets. There are a handful of brands/types needed to keep me from having to hit multiple chains a week and pricing is a little high but given it's location that's not surprising.
