We went in there with a lot of paperwork for Tonyi Fanning who bravely stuck with it! The ultimate outcome was great once that got all paperwork necessary. She was courteous and so kind but most importantly she was professional. I think all of us learned some new things and we will be prepared for next!!

First time using H&R Block. Have gotten my taxes done for years at my bank but they stopped doing that service and I had to look elsewhere.
