On June 22nd at 7:30 a.m. I went in to make a purchase of two red bulls and a snack when I did there was a colored woman and a white lady working. I did not catch their names but the dark skin woman was extremely rude when I asked if I could get my receipts they would not refund my drinks since they had been up and correctly because they would need to do it manually they make everybody check out at self-checkouts I normally come here to get gas and something to eat and drink every morning but recently I have been having bad experiences with the store and will not be returning very disappointing Since the manager and the owner of the store does not care how their employees treat the customers over something as small as a 3$ drink then I'm sure that eventually there will be new stuff and New Management soon then I will be able to return and get proper service

Kiera was my angel today. I have mobility issues made worse by a fall... and she didn't even hesitate to come fill my car for me. She was pleasant and kind. A nice chat and a full tank to get my day back on track. :)

The self checkout is beyond inconvenient. No one wants to do more than needed when they get off work. Some employees stand in a corner on their phone or talking to other employees. (Most) of the employees are lazy and don’t try to make any communication with their customers, which in reality causes more of a bad experience. The store is very slack on keeping products stocked and the store isn’t kept clean. Their hot food looks old majority of the time I have visited. Sometimes the trash outside has been overflowing and the inconvenience of a trash can at the entrance doesn’t help either. I’ve even seen trash just set near the door.

I go to this store almost everyday and it’s absolutely horrible the conditions they have people working in and also the customers that have to stand in line. There is no air condition and sadly a lot of the food goes bad because it’s so hot and nothing can keep up with the heat. For such a busy store I don’t understand how corporations let something like this happen

I bought a drink tonight and atleast 1 night a week for the past 12 months and it's like they're neglecting their coolers. Every drink I buy is warm. This is not a cold fridge. Go to food lion for a decent drink and save some money.

They put this new scanner in the store and then the employees just get lazier. First put an option for debit and not every transaction as credit. That messes up alot of banks when they just put a 1 dollar hold on C.C. purchases. If a person doesn't want to use or don't feel comfortable with it then we should have the option to have a cashier check us out. This is getting ridiculous

If you buy gas and need a receipt avoid this gas station. They never seem to take the time to refill the receipt printers at the pumps. It’s a simple way to keep customers happy, but they can’t even manage that.
