I have stored things at the Colington,NC location for years before Tri-Link Storage took over the business.That said,the professionalism and improvements the new owners have made are most impressive! Their customer service is excellent,the representives have been very helpful. I would recommend this business.

Unit was easy to rent online. When I arrived, unit was prepared with lock available. Convenient storage. Management does well at sweeping up common hallway in climate controlled building.

The KDH location is very clean and quiet. Well taken care of facility. The check in was easy. The move out was very easy as well. Also if you were to have any questions the phone number is always easy to reach their personal who are very polite.

Just completed unit request online. Had few questions so called twice for clarifications. Folks very nice, helpful and professional. And they answered the phone instead of voicemail!

I most certainly have had a great experience with Trilink Storage for a year now. I lost my husband to cancer in 2023. I had to move quickly in May of 2024. I needed storage at that time and that’s when Trilink Storage entered my life. I to this day remain confident that this company will maintain security for my belongings until I am able to get get them to my new home. I recommend Trilink Storage! 5 STARS AND MORE!
