Ashley has been a huge help and suggested that we contact the Strengthen the Roof program. We contacted the program and ate now enjoying our brand new roof. Thanks to Ashley’s help our experience was fantastic using the program and working with her insurance agency. Kudos to Ashley.

I was recently in a bind with insurance for my home in Corolla. I contacted the Outer Banks Insurance Agency and Ashley helped me through the process. All questions I had were answered promptly. Ashley presented multiple options for me and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend using them for anyone and especially Ashley.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I cancelled my insurance however it was automatically renewed and money taken from my account. I have been waiting since January for a refund from this company and I keep getting the run around. Would not recommend to anybody!

Very thorough and professional. Ashley was extremely proactive in getting my policies quoted and bound the same day so I wouldn't have to go without insurance over the weekend, which i greatly appreciated!!!

After asking me information about the house, putting me and my real estate agent through so much trouble to find these information they stopped responding to our e-mails.Delayed our home insurance process for a week.Luckily we were able to work with another local company and they gave us a quote in 24 hours.I do not recommend this company.
