They keep sending me the wrong mail and delivering my mail to someone else - are they high? This has been going on for months.

Received a notice that my package was out for delivery by 9 pm. Waited for the delivery which didn't come. I checked online the next morning and found that at 6:49 pm, my package was being returned to the post office and being held per customer request. I did not make this request. Why would it go out for delivery and then return to the post office??? Tried to get help here. All the clerk kept saying was go to Kitty Hawk. Why is there even an office in KDH if she won't help a customer?

Absolutely terrible postal workers down here. You’re on vacation and need something off Amazon. Then the post office sees it and decides to stop doing their job… they immediately send your package back saying it’s undeliverable.. last time I checked the house was still here and it’s clearly marked. You can’t deliver the package!? No wonder the post office is failing

Ordered a phone case, should be small enough to fit in the mailbox at my apartment complex, when the package wasn't here when I got home I looked up my tracking. Tracking states: "Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection". Umm ..... WHAT!? I am the only customer in my apartment and I did not request any such thing. So now we're falsifying information at the post office?

I find it odd that the dropbox outside the post office is only emptied at 4:15pm. Every post office Ive been to collects the drop box twice a day once at opening and once just before closing

I have never had issues until this year, the workers from 1 and more years ago were always helpful.. and then a new employee came in right before Covid, it seems now that packages ,letters and other items have been sent back before I could even pick them up.. as a customer with some chronic and debilitating illnesses " I have a hard time picking up mail, so usually it's picked up every few days.. now the problem comes in. If anything has my PO Box and there street address of 302 S.Croatan Hwy..it has been returned, or hand printed that I cannot have the physical street address with my PO box #,".. but upon calling the main USPO main number, they say..It is allowed to use/have the actual street address of the KDH post office, as long as my PO Box is on letter,, package ect.. but though there is always .. I mean "Always """" a PO Box number on it with name.. this has caused many issues, why? Not sure, but as a customer with no recognized house address... I depend on the Post Office to get any mail, and most is very important especially as lately with alot of things I can't "not get "... the " person" name i will not give..but when I spoke to her, was so indifferent, lacking customer service skills nor care let alone empathy for myself, and others I've heard speak of the same issue.. is discouraging, what a shame..but I can say " thank you".. to those who in the last 7 previous years, have been wonderful and opposite of what I now have to deal with... I read things are getting better as of recently, I hope to see that myself soon.. if so.. thats would be great.. until then.. I hope employee's will regard this not as insulting but as constructive criticism, if upset..it may apply to you..so something to think about..
