I was on vacation in the Outer Banks and forgot my preventative migraine medication that I take every day. This was an emergency situation! After calling my doctor's office in Virginia, and straightening out a very inconvenient and stressful situation with my insurance company it all eventually worked out. I don't use a Walgreen pharmacy at home. I go to an independently owned pharmacy. However, the staff here was kind and patient, and I appreciated all they did for me. Thank you! :-D

I went to pick up a photo order and ended up waiting quite a while. This seems to happen every time I visit this location. Today there were multiple people lined up, all waiting for help.
When I went to the front to ask the cashier, Nora, if someone could assist us, she said she could but did so with an eye roll. Nora often seems to have a bad attitude. I understand retail can be tough, but professionalism goes a long way—especially when customers are already frustrated from long waits.
This store really needs more staff at the photo counter, or at least employees willing to provide better customer service. It makes what should be a quick errand way more stressful than it needs to be.

Staff is super awesome! Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Store is well stocked and clean. There is no competition with CVS across the street other than the occasional price or selection difference. The retail staff deserves more hours and increased wages, they work hard to serve a busy area and deserve commendation.

Forgot my prescription medicine at home while on vacation. Called my doctor's office to get a vacation refill and was too late getting a response. Called Walgreens and the Pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful! Hunter figured it out and had my prescriptions ready when I arrived. Excellent customer service! Great Job!

Manager Nora is not a great help! Trying to blame customers on something that's their job. In the pharmacy also they denied to help with a prescription for one of my childrens. Is being more than 2 months and I'm still waiting for manager call.... Walgreens you become trash!

A difficult and frustrating ordeal dealing with this pharmacy. Inaccurate communications with Walgreens staff led to multiple unsuccessful trips that resulted in 35-40 minute waits per trip and still left empty handed. ??
More people working (esp in their peak holiday seasons) would contribute to a better customer service flow for demand and accurate communication.
This current set up is slow as molasses. Another contributor to confusion and delays is their self imposed rule to only fill prescriptions on 30th day (not state allowed 28 or 29th days).

Cashier was rude. The card reader wouldn’t work after I attempted a few times and she accused me of hitting the cancel button on the card reader, she said “you keep hitting the cancel button, why do you keep hitting the cancel button” no I wasn’t, so after I attempted again she said let’s go to another register and Voila! it worked. Rude heavy-set late 50’s woman.

Went to pick up my medication today after getting out of the hospital. Pharmacist told me to come back in 10 minutes. Arrived in less than 10 minutes and they shut it down. Tried to get the pharmacists attention. She was rude and said she did not know what I was talking about. She had no intention of filling my script.

Be careful... I took a disposable camera here to be developed. The women did not take my phone number down correctly, so I never got a call when they were done. Stopped by later and apparently they were not able to retrieve any pictures from the camera and weren't able to give it back to me either. Go someplace else if ypu need to develop photos from a disposable camera

The cashier at this store was rude, questioning my purchase, and implying a woman could not be buying a certain product. I was in a rush, and did not have the time to be questioned and judged for what I was purchasing. Disgusting behavior go to the CVS across the street and save yourself :)
