“My 11-year-old car was side-swiped by a hit and run driver leaving dark paint on a quarter panel and wheel cover. The other damage was minimal and not worth filing a claim. I had nothing at home that would remove the paint. Years ago Tuttle's had repaired a car for me that had much more damage, and it was the only positive experience I ever had with a body shop. Yesterday I had an appointment for an estimate. The owner came out and looked at my car. Then he said if I had a few minutes he could get the paint off right then, and there would be no charge. In a couple of minutes he was back with the appropriate chemical and PPE to use it. He wiped the paint off in just a few minutes. I couldn't be happier with the experience.”

“The older guy there helped me so much, not sure of his name but he helped with finding the right refrigerant, doing a refund for me when I had originally gotten the wrong one, and helped me put it in my car! Saved me from the august heat with a zapped ac and now I have working ac! That guy deserves the best raise.”
