“My 11-year-old car was side-swiped by a hit and run driver leaving dark paint on a quarter panel and wheel cover. The other damage was minimal and not worth filing a claim. I had nothing at home that would remove the paint. Years ago Tuttle's had repaired a car for me that had much more damage, and it was the only positive experience I ever had with a body shop. Yesterday I had an appointment for an estimate. The owner came out and looked at my car. Then he said if I had a few minutes he could get the paint off right then, and there would be no charge. In a couple of minutes he was back with the appropriate chemical and PPE to use it. He wiped the paint off in just a few minutes. I couldn't be happier with the experience.”

“Jaden (In King) is the BEST!! She kept me from walking out of Auto Zone with no purchase. (I don’t mean walking out like I was mad or anything like that. I just didn’t think they carried the product that I needed.) As I was walking out of the door, she said “ma’am, did you not find what you were looking for? May I help you try to find what you were looking for before you leave?”
And sure enough when I told her what I was looking for she went straight and got it without even having to look for it, and she was already clocked out of her shift.
She was still in the parking lot as I was leaving, and I asked her a question about a battery and when I went inside to ask about the warranty, it looked as though that battery was not in stock nor could they order it. She literally came back inside of the store mind you after being clocked out and already working off the clock for 10 or 15 minutes with a huge smile on her face and friendly as can be, but she literally went back in the store again and looked up on the computer and found the exact battery that I needed and she made sure I was 110% happy before she left… She is the SUPER HERO in my story!!
