But if you’re looking for a good reliable family owned business that specializes in BMWs and more cars as well, give this place a chance! They not only fixed my car, they replaced the old parts with OE spec parts and they showed me the old parts in the shop once they replaced them. It has been a week and the car is running great. So far good so good. I will update my review if needed. Every employee at JVB was friendly and professional.”

“My 11-year-old car was side-swiped by a hit and run driver leaving dark paint on a quarter panel and wheel cover. The other damage was minimal and not worth filing a claim. I had nothing at home that would remove the paint. Years ago Tuttle's had repaired a car for me that had much more damage, and it was the only positive experience I ever had with a body shop. Yesterday I had an appointment for an estimate. The owner came out and looked at my car. Then he said if I had a few minutes he could get the paint off right then, and there would be no charge. In a couple of minutes he was back with the appropriate chemical and PPE to use it. He wiped the paint off in just a few minutes. I couldn't be happier with the experience.”
