After going to Lowe’s, Home Depot, Mountain View Hardware, Tractor Supply and the other 3 automotive stores in King, Jaiden at AutoZone came through and got the 4 bolts I needed at 7:30 the next day. Jaiden and the guys showed they cared and were extremely helpful!

Your crew working tonight, he missed his name I’m so sorry, is amazing!!! My son is on his way home from Jacksonville to Michigan and his brake broke. Your guy was so very helpful with part ideas and options with the right tools from your loaners. He is back on the road with a working car. We went to two stores before we got to you (purely due to proximity from the expressway) and your store outshined them both. Thank you so much from a mom waiting at home for her son!!!

Went there to replace a headlight but a kind lady named Jaiden who was off the clock but still offered to fix it for me had to take the air filter out and the plastic cover to the radiator but she knows her stuff very impressed. She said they were not aloud to do this stuff but I gave permission. Very smart woman hope she makes it into management. Always great service here

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Jaiden Laber when she came to charge my battery to start my car. Miss Laber was quick to arrive and very knowledgeable. She was so very kind and patient with me, as I was a wreck. I wanted to make sure everyone knows about the EXCELLENT customer service that Miss Laber provided! She was amazing!! I also had the pleasure of meeting Chris, he was also very kind. Their customer service is unmatched!

Issue processing return refused to put on a merchandise card.... as a former autozoner definitely not returning or buying from this chain of autozones.... wasted 13 dollars.... had to show one of the managers how there code reader works....
