Please educate your employees about service animal etiquette. By law, they are allowed to ask only two questions, 1) Is this a service animal? And 2) What task is it trained to perform? I was harassed for paperwork on my service animal (who was not causing a disturbance, and whose identification was clearly visibke on his harness) and the employee argued with me when I told her she was not legally allowed to ask for papers. Instead of causing a scene, I chose to leave the store and will not be returning.
