I have been going to K Nails for years and years. Jenny does an amazing job on my nails. Her free hand designs are on point. Her mom gives great pedicures. since it is just Jenny and her mom you have to make an appointment. She has tried to bring new help in but everyone wants to go to Jenny, so it doesn't work. I walked into this salon about 3:45 on a Wednesday afternoon. I asked for a single service. The lady told me they didn’t take walk-ins. I didn’t hear her clearly and asked her to repeat again. The second time I understood that she said they didn’t take walk-ins. The patron in her chair shouted, “You have to make an appointment!” I am Not hard of hearing, but theSole operator was soft spoken and speaking through her mask. As w turned to leave, I noticed on the door AND window of the shop there were notations that “Walk-ins are Welcome”. I cannot testify to the quality of the service here, but I certainly did not feel welcome. I probably will not go back. Even if this is a Covid protocol of this business, they could have changed their signage or placed a note on their door.

Jenny is amazingly talented and loves to make whatever you want look beautiful! She’s also very sweet and caring! I miss her because I moved away but when I’m home, I always have her do my nails! Make sure you book early as she gets booked fast because she’s so good!!
