I wouldn’t get a account here for the benefits I wouldn’t get a account here if they paid you I swear first loan I ever got they screw me and don’t take out my payments on time go threw 50 different calls to get it fixed then apply for a small personal loan and they approve me on the phone said to bring in a pay stub did everything they asked and the woman litterally tried to scam me and denied to help me because I didn’t have 7 years of tax returns when we've only been in business for 2 years really only a year they lie they will waste your time wouldn’t put a cent in the account I have no because I’m scared they’ll just take it without asking who knows what they’ll tell you all they do is lie here go somewhere else 100%

I usually have the most pleasant experiences here. But not today. The two women who waited on me made me feel like a crook. My husband's card stopped working. I went in to ask for a replacement. I was told he had to do it himself. I said I was the primary account holder. They said it didn't matter. That's their policy. Maybe there should be something in place that husband and wives can do this unless something is signed to not allow it. The worst part was how I was made to feel like I was trying to steal my own money or I was sneaking something over on the bank and my husband. I am pretty ticked about this. If you keep doing silly practices like this you will lose customers. I walked out of there feeling so embarrassed and ticked over how I was treated over a stupid replacement card for my husband who is busy working during banking hours. This should have been simple. Even offer to talk to my husband over the phone making sure it was OK to order the replacement card. Things should be made easier for the customer not the bank.

The people are okay for the most part! Most treat me kindness, but I've witnessed the treatment of the "high class" members. Much better than that of me!! All members should be treated the same...

30 minutes just to pay off loan and I think I was the only customer in the bank. Closed my account too. So frustrating.

It use to be a great place until they started hiring new people. Every time I need there services it’s always the same run around. Just liars that don’t wanna do their job. I will be switching banks soon.

Dont rate lending institutions often.Most would receive terrible ratings.The King Credit Union is different.They are courteous and you are in and out quickly .And yes they remember your name.

This branch is absolutely horrible. They do not do their jobs, they are skack-half tailers, and when they are proven WRONG they refuse to acknowledge where they screwed up and refuse to fix said screw up. The vice president will ignore said screw up and flip the blaim right back on you. Pathetic branch!
