Staff was very patient and kind with each and every customer in the store while we were there. M was helpful, informative, and personable. While our particular issue wasn't resolved, (no fault of the store) we left feeling taken care of and will be back to this particular store from now on.

I do not think anyone should come here. Go to any corporate Verizon. I’m patient to new people who don’t know what they’re doing, but I am not happy with being so patient, being told a monthly payment, and this monthly payment magically triples for the remainder of the buyout.
