Best, Verizon store I've ever been in! The gentlemen are kind and considerate. Take the time to explain everything. Very efficient and handle all problems immediately with a smile. Highly recommend you don't go anywhere else but here in King North Carolina.

WATCH THEM! They said "We'll set up these 2 devices for you," But did NOT say "And we'll charge you $80.00 for doing that.' They removed my $7.00 a month insurance (without permission) and ADDED $17.00 a month insurance (same insurance)!! They are not openly honest AT ALL! Watch them - get DETAILED receipts - and watch them carefully some more!!

Not an actual Verizon store so I suppose it can’t be held to the same standards. You are put on the back burner unless you’re there to spend money. If it’s to fix something they messed up, plan to be there awhile.

Wow! Excellent customer service does exist! Working with Brandon made my transition to Verizon so easy! He handled everything with kindness, patience and professionalism! Highly recommend and ask for Brandon.

I was trying to upgrade my son’s iPhone today and was told that it would cost between $105 and $250 “out the door” today. I asked politely if they could just add the charges to my bill and was told that they do not do that. I informed them that my husband had had that done a few months earlier at another Verizon store and was told that that was not true. I told them we were going to opt to go online and upgrade the phone ourselves. A male worker snidely commented that we would still have to pay at least $65 today and it could not be added to the bill. We came home and concluded our upgrade online and found out he was wrong. We upgraded and were able to put all fees on our bill. Save yourself some time and money and go online and do it yourself.

Worst Verizon store ever! They need to reform their staff and also hire at least one more person! Left this place in furious all I wanted was to buy my mom a tablet easy sale they also didn’t need to set it up! They are just trying to make more on commission then provide a good service if I was the owner of this store I’d drop commission to improve their customer service.

My husband and I arrived at this store just before 11 and there were about 6 (one was a couple) people ahead of us.l and only 2 workers. Another guy came in at 12. We proceeded to wait two hours to be seen. When we were next to be seen, one of the associates completely disregarded us and assisted an older couple with an iPad. That was the first thing that upset us. Then when the other guy with the tattoos finally sat us down to help us, he began to tell us how we should stick to Android because of the better specs etc. When we stated we were switching to Apple for work reasons. His response was "Oh, well Samsung and Apple work about the same so I don't understand why but it is up to you." If a customer tells you they are switching, why argue it? To me they have very biased opinions aboutAndroid. When we began the process, we ended up finding out the address we have is not available for Verizon service. While this is not their fault, the events that led up to that were extremely frustrating. Needless to say, we are switching carriers and will not be returning to this store.

This store is a joke. Stay away. Horrible customer service. Money grabbing employees that will only help customers if they feel like they can make more money from them. If you have something minor that will tell you to wait while they help the next person.Take note of other 1 star reviews.

They were very helpful and listened to what my wife wanted. They didn't attempt to oversell any devices. In fact they made every attempt to save us some money. Very friendly and knowledgeable salesman

Dylan was wonderful at de escalating me!! My experience with Verizon’s customer service was horrible!!! I moved my phone to a new account and added a device!!!!! You thought I was transferring my phone to the moon!! I was on the phone for almost 2 hours and still didn’t resolve all of my issues!! So that’s why I went into the store. Very thankful for Dylan and Matt! Thanks guys!

I have been a customer of Verizon over 20 years. My mom's phone is on my account. We have visited the store in King several times and bought things. The last 2 times my mother (76) went in they were extremely rude. Last week I was out of town and my mom's phone had to be reset which she figured out. She only needed a refresher to be told how to check voicemail- she went to the King store and they were rude and told her they couldn't help her unless had something broken. It took my less than 3 minutes to show her.whn I got back. A little kindness would've been appreciated.
