This walmart pharmacy used to be great. Have had several RX filled here monthly for years. Theres been recent staff changes and my last two experiences have been terrible.

The pharmacy does not have prescriptions filled when called in several days prior to picking up at drive thru , not keeping medications stocked, very slow and rude .

"Sarah" at the drop off counter was nice enough to humiliate me TWICE in front of total strangers and ALL of the pharmacy personel by talking about my prescription, and why they wouldn't fill it based on my medical stats, AND stated what my stats were, at extremely high volume. I've had the prescription previously and my stats were the same as they are now so I was confused. After asking her to lower her voice, she said "sorry" but continued to speak at the same volume. Then when I calmly explained to her that I had a new dr and the prescription didn't appear to be what I had before, thinking maybe that was the issue, she practically made fun of the reason I have the prescription and then humiliated me again by saying it loud enough for the entire pharmacy area to hear it. I complained to the pharmacist (in tears) how unprofessional this was, and that this humiliated me and she blank face nodded with mhmm, mhmmm, and apologized but literally had nothing else to say.This was such a violation of my privacy with my medical information.

Punk tech thinks it's funny to laugh at prescription names and make you repeat them several times over and management does nothing about it. Taking my business elsewhere.

The technicians they have working here must be fresh out of school because they have zero knowledge or any experience whatsoever dealing with insurance so now I have a newborn baby that’s barely 4 days old that needs a prescription and I can’t get it because they cannot seem to wrap their head around the fact that he is covered under my wife’s policy for the first 30 days until his insurance is finalized especially since he was born during a holiday and his insurance could not be processed faster by law he is covered and they could not seem to wrap their fat skulls around it while they sat there and ate food while serving customers

I usually go to the Wal Mart in King,N.C for groceries and other items. On an average I spend about 300.00 dollars when I go. The last few times has been anything but a good experience.The ice cream coolers are almost empty, the yogurt coolers are almost empty, the tea shelves were almost empty and the add in flavor to be added to water is non existent except for crystal light. And no flavors to choose from, only one or two flavors. The electrolyte drinks were all but empty as well. There was ONLY 2 check out lines open and there were about 7-8 people in each line waiting for check out. The employees are like robots going about their jobs. No conversation, no smiling, just mechanical work and VERY slow @ that. No one on the isles ready to assist and the ones @ check out were just there being mechanical. Now I understand supposedly the manages do not have any control over what the store carries or when the shipment comes in, but it does not take a rocket scientist to know what sells the most and address that. The morale in the store is sad. It is like shopping in a morgue. This store needs a major attitude, customer friendly, dealing with the public adjustment! I will NOT be shopping here anymore. I would rather drive to another store ( further away) with a better selection, shelves are full and people are friendly and ready to assist. The employees and their actions are usually a product of the management!

I have NEVER had a bad experience. These employees work SO hard ! THEY are ALWAYS sweet as can be ! I am very grateful for them !

Alex a cashier was super friendly in helping me cuz I just had knee surgery and she helped me to get in and help me get a cart and cleaned my cart!!! I was supper grateful for her!!!
