I understand wanting to get out at the end of the day. But the store doesn't close until 11 o'clock.
And yeah I only had five minutes but all I needed was a bag of cat food. I got turned away at the door.
True good customer service, is all about that one time a custpmer needs help. So yeah I understand it if I was in there past eleven. But, whoever turned me away, was more concerned about getting every customer out. You should put your store closing time at 10:55.

Just another pick up order. The only thing negative about it was that my items were poorly bagged. Unfortunately my bread was squashed but nothing else was damaged. I place pick up orders from here at least once or twice a month sometimes more and I'm usually very satisfied with it. But there are times that my bags are extremely heavy and not double bagged which has caused the occasional bag to break while I'm carrying it in my house. But overall I am ok with the service. It's better than having to shop myself because I'm physically disabled and it's just difficult for me to do the amount of shopping that I typically do. So I'm really grateful for the pick up service and the fact that it's free is great as well. I do recommend this Walmart just be sure to take additional bags in case you need to double bag and check out any bread products before you leave the store.

It is a sad day when the staff at walmart is more rude than the patrons. I would have expected so much more in a store this well laid out and clean. My wife while looking through an overstocked rack, knocked of one of the shirts on the hanger, as she is bending over to pick it Robin angrily yells at her from the next section, "hey, you dropped something ma'am...please pick it up". First give her a minute, second she is in the process of picking it up. Lastly if you hate your job this much...please quit.

Around 8:22PM tonight I had to return a Bissell wet vac. After multiple times of calling and no one to answer the phone I drove to the store and was hassled by the Customer Service Return person about it missing parts and it being defective. After explaining to her the parts that were missing and the product being defective she finally gave my debit card a refund. I then went to get some more cleaner for my current machine and a very nice lady showed me where it was since the store had done a reset on where items were. I shared my problems with her and out popped a "Team Leader" and I explained my issues with him about my experience to the "Team Leader". I expressed my problems with no one answering the phone ever, and the lady at the Customer return area giving me a hard time and that this is the only store with these issues. While walking towards to front of the store to make my purchase, the "Team Leader" told me that "I should probably consider seperating myself from this store"... Well he has bigger problems after speaking to me that way. I will be contacting the Regional Manager about this issue and other issues with this sub-par store and customer service. More than likely the "Team Leader" will probably have to "Seperate" HIMSELF from Walmart corporation all together, and not just get transfered to another store...Sometimes you just never know who you are talking to, their past experience and capabilities they have at getting things done!!!
