They don’t know how to use their EBT system. I kept telling them to ring my food separate but they just insisted they didn’t take ebt at every Walmart. My mother worked at Walmart for 25+ years… I know how the system works and this store purposely does not accept EBT - and you can’t deny out of state EBT bc that’s now it works. Fix your system and stop being discriminatory to people who need help. The USDA even lists you as a store where I can use my Virginia EBT. No excuse for today’s interaction.

I have been 2 and fro recently upon my thoughts. I'm making sure today and if I'm right I won't enter there again. It was so bad that their 3rd party item split my tooth into,then chipping off the back of the next ,then knocking out the front corner small fillings. Upon the fact that I reported, and filled out the paperwork, made no difference, even after my ENT examined, and agreed, plus I lost another tooth because. But as soon as I sent the last thing they wanted, without having the time to even look at it,here came a NO our products wouldn't do that.
Next one night a man pulling a very long empty stocking cart,ran over my foot,tearing my shoe,and pants. I yelled at him, he ignored. I filed the report. Yet no help. No video surveillance saw anything involving this incident. So case closed on their behalf.
I despise Buisiness that do this to people whom are making them money but care not for the people who make us loose and they don't care.

This is not your typical Walmart. Friendly staff, clean store well organized and appropriately staffed. Enthusiastic and patient help was everywhere we needed it. Did I mention how clean the store is. It's worth the drive for the experience if you are shopping above the necessities.
