After my daughter and I drove 40 minutes to test drive a specific vehicle. When I asked if I could test drive the Jeep, the salesman asked me if I was planning on buying it today. I told him I wanted to drive it to make that determination, and he told me to come back when I was ready to buy. I won’t be coming back. Crappiest service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Service was ok. But I've had problems with vehicle everyday. 1. Tail light was out 2. Break light was out 3. Rim was cracked with custom rim didn't fix told me to go to Davis Tires. 4. Then check engine light came on. 5. Gas lid light keep coming on. 6. When pumping gas it keeps stopping. Lord please help me trade it in? Go anywhere but here.

I would NOT buy a car from them. My mom bought a car and didn’t have it 3 weeks before major issues start occurring. 30 day tags are still on it as of today. When she called multiple times because they gave her the run around. The guy Josh that works there was extremely rude and disrespectful to her on the phone. Told her “I can’t work miracles” and “that’s the chances you take buying used cars”. The cars aren’t inspected properly and they are just selling anything to the community. After they claimed they fixed it my mom is still having the same issues. Check engine light still on. The problem is even worse! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They are horrible !! 0 out of 5 stars

Staff is rude and seem to be racist they talk to you so hateful and really don’t wanna communicate with you if you’re black. Bought a vehicle from them and the wipers didn’t work had to take it back 3 times then called about my tags. And he tell me I just have to wait and he is not writing out another 30 day tag. I asked well if I get stopped what do I do . He say he can’t predict the future I just gotta wait.. customer service is horrible

i bought a ‘13 jeep GC a lil over a month ago. went to charlotte like 2 weekends ago and it broke down. called the man that sold me the car, told him the situation that was going on and he basically said there was nothing he could do about it. mind you guys b4 i bought this car he told me “ my friend traded this car in for a pick up truck and he kept it up to date “. there is no warranty on the car even though it was a sticker on the front windshield that said “ free warranty “. i paid $1200 to get it back in kinston plus i just paid $1800 to get it fixed. 0/10 do not recommend anyone get a car from here.

Y'all... REAL BUYER BEWARE alert. I purchased a Cadillac SRX from this company.1 year and 2 months after the purchase a new MOTOR was needed for the car. That is outrageous y'all. They will sell you a car, you may even get a warranty. Then when something goes wrong, you will get the talk about "no car lasts forever", but there is no accountability for their part in selling cars on their last leg as viable for 3-5 years. That's just crazy. I purchased an out-of-pocket BMW for 9K elsewhere and it lasted longer than the AutoPro financed car for 14K. Facing a 7K repair in 14 months is a really bad product transfer. They are selling cars on their last leg passing them off as viable and then will talk to you like your expectations of a car being reliable are unrealistic.

Made an appointment at 9am today with Robby Ashton to pickup. I messaged when I left my place as I am over an hour drive away. One hour into my drive I received a message stating the item was sold earlier this morning to someone else. This is after making an appointment at his earliest convenience the night before. Very bad business. Shady. Unprofessional. No communication. Buyer Beware!

Let me start by saying we live more then 3 hours from this place, I saw on their Web Site that they had a Nissan Titan for sale. I called and talked to a salesman who was very nice. He gave me an "out the door price" everything included. We loaded up the car with our 2 small dogs since it was going to be over a 7 hour roundtrip. We arrived and the salesman made a copy of my license and we went out to the vehicle. My wife and I test drove the vehicle. We decided to give the price without haggling on the price that was quoted. The salesman was with another customer when we returned. Another person who I assume is the owner went out to the vehicle and answered a few questions. I told him we was going to purchase the vehicle and told him the price that was quoted. He said we was got getting that vehicle for that price. He asked the other salesman if he had quoted the price that we said and he said yes, he said I am not selling the vehicle for that price and he went up $1500.00. Needless to say I was not going the pay the increase. We drove over 7 hours and came home with nothing. Very disappointed in this place. Also on the vehicle , it stated a 2 year warranty, he was wanting to charge me for the warranty.

Horrible experience ever! Bought a 2015 Hyundai Azera around August with $6,000 of down payment, been having problems since then. Only having the car for about 4 months and so many things gotten fix already, good thing having that warranty. Before buying it we asked them if the car was ever involved in a car accident and to give us the car fax, they assured it never was and gave us a “car fax” but the public one. We got the actual car fax from a different place, and comes to find out that the car was indeed in a car accident. We showed the papers to one of the salesman and he denied knowing anything about it and that they won’t pay the extra $40 to get the full car fax and give to the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE! THEY ARE A SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SWINDLER DEALERSHIP. I just purchased my son's first car on Mon.9/5/22 and by Wed.9/7/22, and at exactly 50 miles, the check engine light came on. After several attempts and getting the run around, we were able to speak to someone who said it is as is. After paying cash for the vehicle! They turned off/reset the check engine light !!!!! They were not helpful with finding a solution and they do not deserve anyone's money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM. LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS...they do not even deserve a 1 star.

Absolutely a scam. They will try and force junkers on you then refuse to stand behind them. The owner was one of the rudest people ever. If you shop here be prepared to be scammed. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but the level of incompetence displayed is overwhelming.
