“Mrs. Spruill and the staff at GKCU are wonderful people. The ladies, I encountered, were all professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend everyone go by and check out all the services they provide.”

“Love the staff. They don't touch your money..you can actually expect to have what you deposit, when you use this bank..
Been over a year, no fees, no surprises..”
“One word for my experience at PNC Bank; Amazing!!!
Maile (a Senior Teller) greeted me with kindness and professionalism. Without crossing borders and boundaries she was diligent and precise with her helpfulness.
She offered a smile a thank you and I hope you have a nice day during my departure.
And after I walked away she delivered the same greeting to another customer, who I’m sure was pleased with her efforts.
If you ever have an opportunity to be helped by Maile, just know you’re in good hands.
Thanks PNC.”
“Kathy Webb, Operations Services Supervisor, at the Queen Street Kinston branch, was a tremendous help to me yesterday. She has the most pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating attitude one could expect. I really felt that this branch is a fun place to work because all of the bank staff were happy and laughter was throughout the place but in a professional manner. As a supervisor I think Ms Webb sets the tone for a business-friendly environment that makes this FCB an excellent location to do business!!”
“Tracie is amazing, she remembers my name and I haven't been to this branch on over 6 months because I usually deal with the new bern branch. She is always smiling and I have never had any issues”

“I happened to go in this credit union today to open an account, and I may say, I was pleasantly surprised at the low key atmosphere and the level of professionalism! It was just the right balance of doing your job well and making me feel 100 percent like I was a human being. Everything you would expect from a small town banking location of a major credit union. I was made to feel like an old friend that they hadn't seen in awhile. Courtesy. Respect. Professionalism. All the way. Thank you Lee!”
