I forgot to do a review when I got the storage unit but here is my review after moving out. I think it’s 5 stars. They are amazing staff and very helpful. Overall quiet area and pretty safe area. I had no issues.
The person that moved out of my storage before I got it didn’t let them know. So the lady (I can’t remember her name) wouldn’t let me move my stuff in until she swept it out and made sure mouse and insect repellent went down. Communication with them was easy and overall good place.
The move out process went pretty smooth as well. She (same lady that got my boyfriend a storage unit today, and helped me a year ago) let me know all of my options as far as getting a bigger storage unit because my boyfriend wants one, or just letting this be my last month. She walked us to the storage area and was extremely sweet and polite. Clean office and clean restroom as well.

The facility is very clean. These guys are very friendly. I've had enough storage with them for 6 months so far. And I absolutely have nothing to complain about. So I will only give them praise!

The guy at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to talk to. He explained everything very well and told us about everything and explained the protection plans. And helped get everything set up. The storage units are very clean and well maintained.

The overall experience with Brooks was great. This was my first time using a storage so my inexperience led to a little confusion. The customer service team was readily available to sort it out. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you!

The process of selecting a unit was straightforward, but I made the mistake of not factoring in the weather in NC and not choosing a temperature-controlled unit, as well as the right size. When I called, Jonathan was incredibly helpful. He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options. He made sure to find the most cost-effective solution, and I really appreciated that. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my situation, and I didn’t feel like just another tenant. The units were clean and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience. I couldn’t be happier and I’m really glad I found this company!
