Has too many beggers outside and dirty outside

Didn’t this place just open up? Landscaping is overgrown to the point you would swear the place is abandoned, homeless and drug addicts are openly sleeping outside of the store by the entrance, store itself is empty and disorganized. Everything about being inside there was depressing and gave off the aura that you shouldn’t really be in there. Staff was straight forward, not overly friendly but not unwelcoming; but I don’t blame them for any discontent because I’d be miserable being there too.
