Brought in my work truck to Firestone, during my lunch break. They fit me right in, realized the issue and helped mend the issue, so I could get back safely on the road. I highly recommend this location and franchise. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, the work was completed in a timely manner and i have had no issues.

The Kinston store 017531 was very helpful and informative about the tires I purchased which were Turanza Prestige. I also bought a lifetime wheel alignment. I was very impressed on the customer service and how fast I was in and out . A 5 star for our Firestone in Kinston . Job well done.
