“Very clean and quiet gym. I love the high quality metal dumbbells and metal plates. They don't use those cheap rubber hexagon weights like other gyms in the area that I wont name. Great variety of equipment and it's all well maintained. Definitely a great gym and I find myself making the 40 minute trip to this place more often then I should be just because I like this gym so much”
