The Hampton Inn Kinston provides clean, comfortable rooms with comfy beds and no odors. The check-in process is often smooth and seamless, with wonderful customer service from the helpful and welcoming staff. Guests note the fairly clean environment, a nice swimming pool, and free homemade cookies in the lobby. The breakfast is considered okay and not overcrowded, with coffee available. The location is at a major intersection, which can make exiting into cross traffic difficult. Some concerns include rooms being placed far apart at check-in, a damaged elevator floor, and occasional perceptions of lazy service. Many guests report a really great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel when in the Kinston area.

No complaints! The room was clean, staff was friendly and we were able to get a room quickly and with early check in. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot!!
