In Eastern NC. Good luck getting any help. Use to be my go to, now you can not even get a cashier to ring you up. I left without making a purchase because while dozens were waiting to check out, no cashiers, only 4 self check outs and one person running that. I left my purchase, I asked the "manager" she said that corporate wanted it like this, she didn't like it but had no choice. Corporate needs to do better. I went to Ace Hardware, they helped me get exactly what i wanted, rang me up, and God bless us all, took it to my car and said Thank You. Cost me a few extra dollars, but got treated like a human being.

first time coming here last time people here are no help at all asked a worker to see if they had a specific item and he told me they don't carry it didn't even look for it just kept saying no looked on the app it said they do

Total lack of management at this site. The one person on the management team that knows anything is quite difficult to track down. Communication is horrible. Lowe's customer care line is a joke as well. You will get a different story from each person you speak with, just like in the store. No one seems to know what is going on. I know there are some good workers there but I feel bad for them. I never realized how many problems people have with Lowe's until I started reading the reviews. Hope you have better luck.

We came for an outdoor ceiling fan for a large sunroom with a modern look. The first person I located to assist me, helped me navigate the choices and located a cart and loaded it up. Easy check out. Since it has been installed, I can report that the guy who helped us was knowledgeable and we are satisfied with the purchase. If you're looking for fall decorations, check out their garden center.

I had an issue with a delivery that was scheduled to come this week. (My mistake). I called and Tiffany answered. She was very nice extremely helpful and awesome. She was patient with me in trying to resolve the issue. By the time I got off the phone I felt like I never even had a problem.

Needed some flooring and this was the closest Lowes to me that had it (about an hour away). I called ahead and had them verify stock before going. Got there and could not locate what I was looking for. Waited for about 5 minutes and never saw an employee. All the while the automated "help needed in flooring" was playing over the loud speaker. Talked to a guy who had been there over 20 minutes already waiting for someone to cut carpet. Finally went to the front and got a a manager. She and 2 other employees has to manually search the store and found it in the plumbing department. Waited another 10 minutes for the forklift to to get the pallet down. Got to the register where only 1 cashier was and I was 10 deep in line. After about 10 minutes of having no help, the cashier finally called for back up. Got to the register and the flooring would not ring up. Needed another manager (another 10 minutes). By the end of it, I had spent nearly 2 hours in the store trying to get 7 boxes of LVP. Hope to never need to return to this location.
