What a dirty, filthy establishment. The place needs to be bulldozed. I'd rather get a ticket for peeing in public than using their restrooms. The parking lot is just as filthy.

I was driving through Kinston one day, stopped here for gas and realized I did not have my wallet. The district manager happened to be in the store and went out of his way to get me out of this bind, so now I stop here whenever I am passing through.

Used to have low gas prices now high plus you have to beware of the pumps I had my debit card info stolen from here and over $100 taken out of my bank in 20 minutes

Two of the four diesel pumps are broken. The other two have people in gas cars blocking them. No paper towels in the trash receptacles. Barely any drinks in the coolers. Stop somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

The new Manager believes her store is better than LEO. A form of ID that was accepted by a local courthouse, LEO, & other judicial systems is NOT, and I repeat NOT, acceptable to her "high" standards of a convenient store in Kinston.It's sad when someone who makes $14/hr managing a gas station believes she is not only above the officers if the judicial system, but proceeds to tell EVERYONE in a packed store about ALL the details of the "entire former crew was fired"(her exact words, not mine). I imagine this lovely last will have those devices that scan your card numbers so people can steal your bank account information. If she does not understand the meaning of confidentiality or honor acceptable forms of identification, I see nothing but a dumpster fire for her at this store

They do not stay open 24 hours anymore which is a huge inconvenience in this area, even though their hours are still listed as 24 hours online. You never know what time they're closing.

The lady with white hair that works at this convenient store is one of the rudest clerks I have ever met. I normally will not leave a negative review. In fact, I usually make it a point to leave a positive review, but in this case I can’t not inform the public about this convenient store and the clerk. My husband went in to get coffee and several of the coffee cups were dirty, so he threw the dirty cups away. He happened to glance at her as she was rolling her eyes at which point she said, “so what, who cares, just get another cup.” He ignored that, got another cup. When he walked to throw the dirty cups away, she was mumbling under her breath. My husband then tells the clerk, that he is a vet and can’t hear what she said, He mentioned he has enough sense to know that you don’t treat customers that way and you can have your coffee.” My husband was taught to treat others with respect, and couldn’t believe how combative she was. He has cellulitis in both legs and severe back issues, so he’s basically in pain 24/7.She then follows my husband out of the store to confront him after he was in our truck talking with the other associate about the incidence. My husband asks if she knows the name of the manager at which the white haired clerk tells him to leave and she’s calling 911. There is no excuse for how she treated him and if she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t be there. If she does continue to work there, she needs some training about customer service. She needs to be taught about how to deal with the public.

On 28 July 2021 @ approximately 2:55 am, The Clerk walked out of the store as I was about to get out of my vehicle and said… “I’m closed” even though 24 hour operations… Lit up whatever she bought from the guy that she paid after the hand off.

Some of the employees especially the old white lady with grey hair is very rude and doesn't respond well to customers! Will no longer go in there while she is working! No need to be a Karen
