Why are yall even open? I went with my mom this morning and u turned us away because…………………… why?? U had no customers in there at all and 2 employees yet u don’t have time to do anything!! Will not be back ever again!!!

Weird because I’ve been here plenty and vibe was never the Best but today really sold me on NEVER coming back..I walk in and say I have a question when you get a chance she lets me ask..soon as I show the picture before I could even finish “I would like this style for my birthday can yall freestyle” this lady tech cuts me off and basically shoos me away saying “we don’t do that!” Like what’s wrong with simply saying I apologize we don’t do that…why be rude like I said I wanted it for free..won’t be back and I hope everyone sees this..store on its last leg anyway

i can always talk and talk and they always listen.
the mom is always so smiley and happy and they are just all around great people. and my nails always come out better every time 🩷

I came in to get service from this establishment before with my 5 year old daughter and was treated with the utmost respect mind you i'm from out of town. I came in today to get the same service and was disrespected by the owner Stacey and was directed to leave (I was put out) because I called her by the wrong name (Stephanie), mind you she was the tech I wanted to do my service because she was the one that had serviced me prior. I was unsure of her name and explained that to her but she didn't care. Not to mention she was talking about me to another customer. I have never experienced such disrespect from a nail salon. Please do not give your money to this establishment ! I am not a child I am a 29 year old woman and I deserve to be treated with the same respect I give.
