“I got package 1. My experience was semi. However the person detailing my car was new. But the supervisor immediately stepped in and advised that the detail was not completed. I wish I got her name but didn't. However after she addressed the situation, I was totally satisfied. Also my husband dropped his wallet and we received a phone call while running errands letting us know that they had his wallet. When we arrived a gentleman let us know he found it. We gave an undisclosed amount to him to the cashier to give to the gentleman that found it. Overall I appreciate the service that was provided. Expensive but good. Just make sure you are getting what you paid for.”
“I was quite fortunate to arrive when I did. Everyone ahead of me were taken care of quickly. My wait was only the time it took to put my information in the system and for the inspection to be completed. I was finishing checking out and my vehicle was waiting on me. Great teamwork!!”
