“I forgot to do a review when I got the storage unit but here is my review after moving out. I think it’s 5 stars. They are amazing staff and very helpful. Overall quiet area and pretty safe area. I had no issues.
The person that moved out of my storage before I got it didn’t let them know. So the lady (I can’t remember her name) wouldn’t let me move my stuff in until she swept it out and made sure mouse and insect repellent went down. Communication with them was easy and overall good place.
The move out process went pretty smooth as well. She (same lady that got my boyfriend a storage unit today, and helped me a year ago) let me know all of my options as far as getting a bigger storage unit because my boyfriend wants one, or just letting this be my last month. She walked us to the storage area and was extremely sweet and polite. Clean office and clean restroom as well.”
