Outstanding service here. I needed a document scanned and emailed ASAP. The UPS Store was able to scan it into a PDF and email it to me within 5 minutes. It cost me literally nothing (a very small price). Thanks!

The woman who works there was VERY rude to me! She accused me of “running off” when I left my shipment there with another worker. Then, she cut me off when I attempted to reply to her charge against me! Going back to the Real UPS store, where the gentleman there is polite and helpful. Service is relatively quick. The female assistant manager just seemed to have an attitude and was snappy with the two male employees when they needed assistance. She also made a smart remark when checking me out. The 3 stars is only because I was greeted and in the past I’ve had no issues
