“The place was easy to find, easy to work with. The staff was top notch. They were helpful in setting up the reservation, showing proper hitching, and overall transaction experience. We used a different U-haul location a few years ago. Discovered this place was closer and tried them out. This will always be the location we use.”
“When i picked the truck up, there was a lot of dirt and food product (crumbs, etc) in the cabin floorboard. I took pictures of it to protect myself, but ended up cleaning it out before i returned it anyway. However, i did later have an issue with my drop off time, and i called the store and he fixed it for me and took a whole lot of stress off of me. And the gentleman i spoke to was very kind and helpful.”
