  Keith the owner is very good to deal with. He is very professional and polite. My 15' truck was ready when I got there. Check-in and Check-out were very fast. Great job.

  Not all of your U-Haul locations have pick-up trucks available, so it was quick and convenient for me to rent the truck from your Kinston (NC) location. I was able to complete the task at hand and return the pick-up truck with no problems.
