My appointment for a flu shot was 4:40. I wasn’t even taken back til 50 minutes later. If I had known that was going to happen, I would’ve just went to the dr for the shot and saved time.

Outstanding Walgreens location. The employees are always friendly and in a jovial mood. With much glee, they have assisted me with any question or issue I’ve had while there. To me, they have been the perfect embodiment of excellent customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with and that says alot being I'm from up North! They make it very clear they do not value you as a customer/patient I've had so many issues with them and the way they talk down to you, they all need a reality check, they are not the only pharmacy in Kiston. I would rather drive to Greenville them deal with this particular pharmacy

I went into the store today. I only asked for a replacement vaccine card. I misplaced the other one and need it for my trip Friday. Amy Is extremely rude to customers. This makes twice she has been unprofessional. The first time a few months ago with my husband. He didn't say anything but today I did. I was told if you lose this card she can't replace it anymore. Who are you to tell me that a piece of paper can't be replaced. I never intended to lose the original but I did. I will not return to this store again. If I could give zero stars I would ??

I paid $190 for 11 rolls of film to be developed and was told it would be several weeks before they came back. I never received anything saying they were done. I checked today to see if they were back, they were. I was told that they weren’t paid for.. so I tried to find the receipt from JULY, with no luck. They want me to buy them again…
