“One of your delivery drivers (driving white minivan) dropped off a package today 12/9/20 and I mistakenly thought that she had taken one that was already there on the porch. Running outside I must have seemed crazy. She patiently explained she brought a new package and tucked both in a better spot so they weren't so out in the open (angel). God bless this woman for having to deal with my ignorance. I felt so bad after. Very helpful employee. Give this postal driver a raise!”
