Embarrassed to say this is the post office I have to use.They don’t actually know any of the logistics, and heaven forbid you ask a simple question. ALWAYS RUDE AND ALWAYS HAD AN ATTITUDE.

I COMPLETELY understand why they have a 1.9 star. This place is a joke. Always have an attitude, and god forbid you ask them to do their job, or any sort of work at all. I understand the USPS has stopped being a decent company to work for, but I don’t think Walmart employees make good USPS employees. Employees like the ones here are Exactly why we will eventually just rid the USPS.

Staff is nice - polite - helpful - all my mailings get to destinations faster from this post office than anywhere else I have use - Henderson, NC being one of them. I appreciate the great service.

Woman there seem to be bothered by anyone that comes to the counter. This was not my first interaction with her. She lacked knowledge of what can be shipped.Today she was more concerned about her phone.

The lady that answers the phone here, needs a lesson in customer service. Very unprofessional, very rude. Not surprised one bit with the lack of hospitality in this area!

The African American lady that is always at the counter Is about the laziest person I have ever seen in my life she is not e alert at all she is never at the counter and always acts so rude and honestly racist. She had the worst personality For a human I have ever dealt with. This is a close post office and I use it only cause it’s the closest one for me. This lady seems she hates to even wait on you anyone and had the worst customer service As well. The last time I was in this office she was in the back one her personal cell phone talking to a family member the lobby was filled with people and more was constantly coming in . It was at least 8 people in there waiting while she was taking her time being on the phone we had to ring the bell 3 times to get any service . This service of hers is beyond rude, lazy, and very unprofessional everytime I go in This post office

Things must have improved since the last reviews. This is a nice small post office. Everyone has been polite and attentive to me. The only ding I give them is for their hours. The hours are odd and invariably I end up there or need them when they are closed.

Really deserves no stars. The lady at the front with short dreads is VERY rude and disrespectful for no reason. Horrible service. An embarrassment to AA women everywhere

They have limited hours, lost a package of mine, can never make change, and their credit card or internet are down and they cannot properly track your packages. Go to another post office if you can.

I HATE using this post office. The supervisor is petty and will mishandle your mail just to be spiteful. If you have to speak to her to resolve any disputes she just stares at you blankly, tells you the regulations prevent her from helping you with your problem, then turns around and does something against said regulations the next day.
