Stellar customer service at this store! Specifically, Randy at the 'Helpful Hub' counter is awesome. My husband and I were in the OBX for a week from Maryland and our Stihl string trimmer ran out of string. Randy quickly filled the spool and gave us a lesson in refilling it ourselves the next time! Service with a friendly smile works for us! Happy Retirement Randy :)
