The most perfect human I have ever met and he saved a lot of lives because of what I do for a living. Please give him a bonus and raise. This is the third time he has helped me when I was in need of help that was an emergency and he fixed the issue each time with professionalism, stealth and a big smile.

I have never been to an AT&T store that ran as efficiently as this one. Trey was the only one there and there was a huge line, but he multitasked and took care of us so quickly and professionally. Thank you Trey!

Frequent at this Kitty Hawk location went above and beyond for his customers. Multitasker extraordinaire!! Not only did he use compassion to every unique customer situation, but he handle it with a smile and some humor. Which kept the entire store happy and calm. It made me appreciate AT&T on a new level!

I have been to this at&t store twice in the past few weeks. Both times the representatives were outstanding. The first gentleman that helped me with my upgrade was Brandon. He stayed until the end to make sure everything was squared away. When I went back again, Trey was there and did all he could to make sure everything was straight on my next item. Both gentlemen and were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and did not once get discouraged with the issues we were running into. I truly appreciate this kind of service and people who really know what they're doing at their profession.

So this is my first actual review of this AT&T store but I want to say that everyone I have dealt with over the last few years have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. However, on my last visit 2 days ago, Kayla went above and beyond for one of her customers.
I was very frustrated with AT&T corporate customer service and they told me to go into the store after dealing with a year long return process, mostly due to my work schedule. This is typically not the way in which these returns are processed. I explained this to Kayla and she politely said that I would have to go through the process as this was the way they handled it. As I said, I was frustrated to say the least and she could tell but was an absolute professional and offered to call the main customer service center. They gave her a similar runaround which left us at an impasse.
I had to take the return to a town about 1.5 hours away and I had no time to do that. She informed me that she happened to be going that way the next day and could drop it off for me. She completely made my day. It was so refreshing to see a young woman who had the composure and determination to solve her customer’s problem. Well done young lady and you will be going places with determination and dedication to solving a problem that wasn’t really yours according to your company’s policies. I was ready to leave AT&T when I walked in there and you have made me want to stay. Thank you.
