The young man who works in this store is literally a one man show. He greets every customer when they come in, even when busy with other customers. He is so polite and professional and helpful. He’s worth every penny you pay him plus some.

The ATT employee Jaelin was very helpful. He answered all of our questions when we purchased new phones. I would highly recommend the ATT store in Kitty Hawk. A+++

I can’t say enough about how helpful Jaelin was. He explained everything patiently, showed me how to set up all my equipment, and followed up to make sure everything was working OK. Yes, there was a bit of a wait on one of my appointments, but it was well worth it!

A pleasant surpise though Jaelin was able to not only answer my questions but set up an account transfer my number and all my phone info in that visit! The AT+T rep willfully misrepresented the buy back policy on the phone that I traded in on a new phone a couple months ago. Turns out, the $800 that they "gave me" is to be paid back in the form of a deduction from my monthly bill of $25 for the next 3 years. I specifically asked about when the $800 would be paid back, and was told that it would be within a matter of months. This type of underhanded b s is exactly why a lot of people are moving to straight talk and other carriers as I will soon be.

Back story: Thanksgiving week. 309 miles from home. 15 family members at the beach house. Phone got covered in spilled milk. Starts to die in stages. Available for an upgrade. One store within a zillion miles. So I went. Oh, Kevin… you have the patience of a Saint. You were helpful, professional, kind, and probably the MOST knowledgeable ATT rep I have encountered since the “bag phone days”. You did some research, saved us some money, and even helped my husband with his phone. My daughter was also available for an update too. Because of the fabulous customer service we received from Kevin, she immediately did her upgrade as well. In and out very quickly! The place is definitely the best kept secret in the universe! I cannot thank you enough.

I have been in this store 3 times in the past 2 weeks for various reasons. The young man Jaelin that has been there each time is so good. He knows his stuff, he’s got a great personality and is super efficient. He asks all the right questions and is fun to work with. He never gets flustered when he’s got multiple people waiting and engages everyone inConversation. Just a super all around good guy. Give him a promotion and a raise! The Parsons family loves you Jaelin!!

Kevin and Jaelin were amazing today! My mom needed a new phone (broke on vacation) and was able to get one with no problems. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 recommend!!

Both associates (especially Kevin) were extremely helpful and attentive when I brought my wife and mother in law in to upgrade their phones while on vacation. Wouldn't hesitate to call or visit this location again, based solely on the employees working there.

We are in the OBX for vacation and my husband’s iPhone battery started acting up. It loses power at a very fast rate. We decided to stop in at the AT&T store in Kitty Hawk to see if anyone could help. The young man who helped us (I think his name is Kevin) was very helpful and went over and above what most people would do these days. He said they didn’t replace batteries there, but he called about 4 different places who he thought would help. Being late Saturday afternoon, no one answered, but we were impressed he tried this hard to help us. Very valuable employee.

This was the best AT&T experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and taken care of quickly by Jaelin. He was very personable, knowledgable, and genuine. I would recommend any of my friends to go and deal with him and his team. Great job!
