Got gas because I'm member. Used restroom. Pretty clean. Cashier not wearing mask! 2 customers not wearing masks! Cashier said she wears one when comes out behind window. Not right. So sad and infuriating!

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The pink haired atrocity at the cash register refused my ID even though I’m 31 years old with a valid drivers license. She then called other gas stations & told them my ID was fake not to sell anything to me!!! Thank god the man at the other store was smart & kind enough to SCAN my ID & allow my purchase. Never in my life have I wanted to be a karen but I sure was today!!! I called the store to speak to the manager & of course she was “unavailable”Kicker to the story- I live across the street from this gas station ?? she just lost them business big time

Nice little gas station/convenience store with a good crew of people running it. Their staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have stopped by. They are conveniently next to the Hilton garden inn and across the street from High Cotton.

I been here several times on my vacation over the years. This is a nice country store with its of convenient items.of course, it's pricey but most small store are It's very clean and the cashuer are very warm and welcoming..I really don't think we could have chosen a better place to stop do our small iens..they have had pumps so we can gasup on return or entering our property .This is a great place to shop.

No way I should have to be bombarded with commercials while pumping my gas. Never coming back here. Neither should you. I'm already paying inflated gas prices here. If they're going to blast you with commercials then they should use that ad revenue to lower their ridiculous prices. But no, they just roll in the money at the customer's expense. Don't go there.

I have been stopping at Hugo's for years before I cross the bridge headed back to Virginia. I have never had a bad experience at Hugo's and I visit the OBX 6-8 times a year. In my experience, they have always been friendly and I have never had to wait longer than usual to pay for my drinks and snacks after fueling up. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks, a walk in beer cooler, fresh hot dogs, boiled peanuts, and hot coffee. They have everything I need before I head home!
