Cheryl and her team are a very well run team. They are very pleasant to deal with, they work very hard all the time. They have a great personality and work ethic. Cheryl has a great personality and I am not the only one that sees that, because many times I have heard other customers say the same thing. Like today the guy before me even told her she is a great lady. I wish all retail businesses had someone like her and her team. It would make shopping a much better experience.

The CVS Team and Pharmacists are always ready to help you out. The Southern Shores CVS is especially welcoming. I almost feel like I am in a smaller independent pharmacy like we knew a few years back.

I was left without my medication for two days because the pharmacist left me waiting. I had to call twice in this afternoon to finally be told they didn't have it in stock. They didn't bother to call the other area CVS locations, which had it. A Walgreens employee was able to assist me with that when they didn't have the medication in stock.

Great pharmacy! Great super-professional pharmacist. A helped me transfer Rx’s to PA. A helped me get proper price by applying Good RX where it helped. helped me get my insulin. Alone this pharmacy! And it is CVS/Caremark that manages my Rx insurance plan. Great place!

They won't fill your prescriptions if it interferes with their lunch break, even if you're there 10 minutes before. Then when you return you have get in line behind a dozen people who also had to make a return trip!
