Great customer service, friendly employees, good communication, all helping with a job I had to coordinate remotely for a rental home. They shared pics of the job when finished and even promoted our rental property in social media! I'll work with them again any time I need carpeting done.

I had heard good things about them, but was very unimpressed. They obviously have way too much business and really don’t care about any new business. (Just look at their hours and prices)I suggest calling Devon at Mill End carpet across the bridge, they are busy but take the time, and same product considerably less money.

We love the team at Kitty Hawk Carpets. Terry and her crew, Annette, Vera and many more have been incredibly helpful. We worked with them for new floors throughout the 6BR home we own and rent out in Corolla. We consulted with multiple flooring companies and felt that Kitty Hawk was the right choice for us. Every step of the process, from consultative selection of product and color, to the installation, and then punch list after install was professional and customer focused. We even had a major subfloor and door leak problem that could have derailed the install, but through their contacts we didn’t miss a beat, and only pushed the install completion by a few days. Incredibly helpful. We felt so comfortable with the team that when looking for new sofas for our main living area we went to then first. The experience was awesome. They helped us pick out styles and colors to go with our floors and other decor. They guided us to American ?? made manufacturing due to supply chain challenges and we were pleasantly surprised to get our sofas delivered prior to the season. Thank you.

We have worked with Terry for every floor covering we have had since moving in our home almost 30 years ago. This includes carpet, hardwood, kitchen and bathroom, They are a local company and worth paying a little more if you need to. Keep it local!

Terry and her staff are awesome. Had carpet installed up against older carpet and you can't even tell where one ends and the other begins. Always great service and her tradesmen are fantastic. Highly recommend!

After purchasing our home in Kitty Hawk, I began contacting carpet companies. Terry was so nice and knowledgeable. After inquiring about what we were looking for she sent me several links within my specifications. After making my selection she had the carpet ordered and installed within 5 days. The customer service, product, and actual installation were above what I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company for all of your home furnishings. The store is so nice and the prices are so reasonable.
