We told them what we had before, what our requirements were, and a few hours later (the same day) our mattress set was delivered. We actually did the whole transaction by phone since we trust them. Sort of like Amazon Prime with a local flavor. Highly recommended Satus update December 2017: Just bought another mattress over the phone for a family member, and again received delivery within an hour or two of the transaction.
