Great process on renting a vacation house from start to finish. Had issues with the internet, the friendly/professional people at sun realty had someone out to get it back up and running within 2 hours.

Very nice and clean. Close area to the beach and quiet neighborhood. A couple things could be changed or updated, hence the 4 stars, but everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
