I would give zero star if possible . Don’t go to this place you won’t be happy with the outcome . I have gone there for years and I’m always disappointed. Thought I would give it another chance was in a hurry while getting my hair done . There’s only one person that does a decent job . I requested that person and she pushed me on once again to another tech .. You could tell she didn’t want to do it .. She only filled half my nail with acrylic and when I said something, everyone got angry she jerked my hand started cutting off the nails and then the other lady said I needed to pay. I was charged a full amount and my nails wasn’t even half done so I left and went to another nail salon Which is a little further down on the left in a yellow plaza. To get my nails finished, I’m now banned from the salon. That’s not customer service. Not that I ever care about going back it’s just the audacity of what they did that shows. They don’t care about the customer. I don’t think these Nail technicians have any kind of professional training I think someone taught them and put them in a seat for a job.. I wonder if their license was checked what would come about? One thing is for sure . If you go there you can’t say you wasn’t warned ! I know many others that refuse to go there .. It’s not the hair it’s nails .. Go through these one stars .. a lot of people posted how ugly their nails looked ! That’s not professional at all !! To go through what I did is a shut down reason ! To jerk someone’s hand and start cutting nails off while I was trying to explain to owner why I didn’t like them because she was busy and wouldn’t approach to actually look she was screaming just pay . Then charged me the full amount when my nails wasn’t filled in .. Well you understand why I left .. The other nail salon was shocked a business would do such a thing ! Then was banned a deliberate retaliation so I can’t go to my hair stylist that I have been seeing for more than 10 years .. I paid full amount and left quietly and was banned for complaining I wasn’t happy with the work … I didn’t make a seen nothing ! Think before you go .. In my opinion I was assaulted when the lady jerked my hand to her and started cutting the nails off while I was engaged with owner .. There’s more professional salons .. Don’t be the next victim to this place that doesn’t care about the customers ..

Polish is gooey and clumpy. The clear top coat had pink polish it in. Polish started coming off as soon as I left the salon. Manicurist did not buff properly after filing so the edges of my nails are rough. My toe nails were cut unevenly. Manicurist was too busy talking in Vietnamese to someone on her Apple watch. She barely said 2 words to me. The prices are as high as NYC but with 1/3 the time and attention to my nails. Not a pleasant experience.

I have long gel nails. I understand a lot of salons don’t do gel extensions so I called first and asked. She said yes and let me schedule an appt. When I got there she asked what I wanted and I said a manicure with a fill and just solid color. She was very sloppy with the liquid gel and told me people here don’t usually get that, and commenting that my nails are too long, seemingly implying she didn’t want to do the liquid gel or my long nails. They were very rough and uneven, and she said she was going to fix that later and shape them (I usually do stiletto shape), but then she didn’t do any type of cuticle care and her “shaping” was a very dull file on the sides, leaving my nails very misshapen and uneven, with no clear uniform shape. Then, less than 24 hours later, I notice a bubble on my thumb. I squeezed it and it apparently had uncured polish under it, so now I have a bare spot. Would not recommend unfortunately, and it was a waste of $75.

I would strongly discourage you from trying this salon. I was hardly even acknowledged, waited in a bowl of cold pedicure water for over 30 minutes waiting (after being told no wait), and eventually had to leave. There was zero kindness or customer service. I went 3 miles up the road to Unique Nails and had a beautiful, welcoming experience.

Usually love this salon but today not so much. technician doesn't speak English. Has no clue what I'm asking for. Really too bad. All I wanted was a simple manicure with no polish. And that was an effort. in the meantime, someone tipped her $25 on a manicure pedicure and she never even raised her head to say thank you. Really? Asked her to cut down cuticles more and her response was to get the grinder and grind down by the cuticle. I just don't get it. Worst manicure ever. Will post pictures when it's finished but not going well. And had to ask for a massage with lotion. Ugh. Bad.

what a horrible experience. They cut my nails way too short to match two nails that were shorter than the rest after I told her not to. They did not do a very good job on my cuticles. They were rough when I left . And I had regular polish on yet, she still used a rotary pile to take it off and damaged my nail bed. Do not go to this place!

The owner does the most wonderful job with your manicure; however one of the female employees can be rude, abrupt, and not very friendly. The male employee does an awesome job with pedicures. They place was recently renovated in several places ~ chairs, pedicure chairs, pictures . . . It looks really nice.

I made an appointment and was served by a young woman who literally knew not one drop of English. I had a polish change on my toes and now that I see in light of day an awful job ?Then when it was time for my manicure it became clear that there was no way to communicate with her. They told me I’d have to wait 15 minutes for someone who understood me… I left. Total waste of my time!!

Oh my gosh! What a cute salon! We walked in so we had to wait a little, but we didn’t mind.Everyone is so friendly and professional. Tina did my ombré full set and they came out so bomb! The others did my toenails and and my friends. They all take their time and so efficient. Will come back 10/10 recommend.

They do a great job on my nails! I have been getting manicures and pedicures here for over a year. The staff is professional and polite, and the salon is always clean. It is easy to schedule appointments and they also take walk ins.Services: Pedicure
