The dr at martins point (as well as the techs) actually friggin listened to our journey and came up with a game plan with us without hitting the auto surgery button immediately. We feel heard … which is huge but also we feel we are in stellar competent hands that care about the dog and not bill-able minutes. We have many thousand invested in our dog’s health and we finally feel like we have a path to a solution.
