I was having an issue with vacuum cleaner. Love there turbo vacuum but machine wasn't taking my coin and Dennis I believe was his name step right in and help figure out vacuum wasn't working and guided me to one that was working. I love bringing my car here automatic car wash does a wonderful job. And they have great customer service. Thanks for all your help Dennis ?

Automatic wash does a good job, but I have frequent issues with the machines “eating” coins and not counting in the self wash.In purchasing the 3 for 2 automatic wash option the machine didn’t give me a receipt, I called the company but never got my refund. Maybe it’s a donation to fix the self service coin slot issue.

Isaac Hughes was instrumental in making this process successful for me. He helped me to put my credit card in for vacuuming and or washing my car. I had problems swiping my credit card. And he was there to provide assistance for me in vacuuming and washing my vehicle. He is a definite asset to the business.Services: Vacuuming

Usually the stalls are clean. I had some mud to get off my truck (rescued someone the night prior). I didn't do a complete under cleaning as the only drawback is no cost free way to clean the stall. I don't like leaving a mess which is why I just got the surface mud off.It's easy to pay and I've never seen anything of the equipment broken or not working.

Money and coin machines on the automated wash have a regular occurrence of eating what you put into it and erasing credit, requiring a restart on trying to pay again. The only help that you can get is by calling a number on their door and leaving a voicemail (they say it can take up to two weeks for refunds). You can also go to their website and email them. I would recommend the email option, they were very responsive to my message online. 1 of 5 stars for risk of losing money. 1 of 5 for on site customer service. 5 of 5 for their company's website responsiveness.That said, the car wash itself is pretty good for a quick rinse off. Don't expect it to loosen any tough grime or heavy dirt, but it does help keep the car looking good between more rigorous detailing jobs. 3.5 out of 5 for what you'd like to see for a car wash.All together, about a 2.5 of 5 for this business. Having someone on site to help support customers with payment issues or other difficulties would raise this to a 4 of 5 in my opinion.
